I have a table like this :

3 App1 login4 0
3 App1 login5 1
3 App4 login1 0

And I want a result like this
TimeID (state=0) (state=1)
1 3 3
2 4 2
3 3 3

I use this code :

But it create a lot of blank row and field header.
Does anyone know an other methode ??
