I am trying to add a subscription using the GUI or sp_addsubscription
and keep getting the following error: Subscriber cannot subscribe to
this publication. It cannot create a named subscription because the
publication does not allow named pull subscriptions or because it is
not a registered Subscriber at Publisher.

Does anyone have any idea of what is wrong here I have tried many
things without success?
