Consider a user entering categories to allocate stock to.
The cotegory description could be a PK (it certainly needs to e unique)
except that you want to allow the user to update the value. So although
this would logically be a candidate key I wouldn't consider it a good
choice for the PK and would add an artificial key to the table.
