| When creating a second named instance, on the Setup Type window I have a problem with the system drive space available. In the Setup Type window... - Select Typical. - Leave Program Files to the C drive. - Leave Data File to the C drive. I hit Next to continue but then receive a warning that there is not enough disk space on the system disk. I go back and examine the available space and discover that the system disk space only has 77K available?? Yet the program files and data files disk, have 3 gigs of free space!!! I repoint Program Files and Data Files to another disk. I noticed there numbers changed in the summary. But the numbers for system disk space have not changed. I know the C disk has 3 gigs of free space, but yet the system disk available always states that there is only 77K available!!! What gives??? I checked the other disks on the server and they all have plenty of disk space. Very confusing.... |
