Users, Roles, Permissions management

I am in need of a utility that will help streamline the process of
managing and auditing object permissions, users and roles on multiple
sql server 2000 instances with multiple databases on each instance.

I would like to be able to compare things across these multiple
instances to see if permissions are setup the same. In addition to
being able to more easily view the user/role/permissions, I'd like to
be able to modify roles, object permissions and database permissions
as I see fit. That's basically it.
