Memory error reported during scheduled cube process

Hi.
I have a strange issue to my scheduled cube process.
Some days ago my cube process reported an error about missing available
memory "..memory quota estimate (xxMB) exceeds the available system memory
(xyMB).."
After reading some solutions from internet, I changed to False an advanced
parameter named MemoryLimitErrorEnabled.
After that, cube process is completed only when executed interactively from
development environment, not when scheduled.

Scheduled job is an SSIS package designed to process first Dimensions and
then Cube. Sql Server SP2 is installed.

Any suggestion ?
