 why my AS service does not show on the little SQL status icon? my version is SQL SVR 2005 beta 3. In the System service under control panel, it shows the AS service is running. In SQL server surface area configuration, it shows too. I can see the Cube db in SQL svr management studio. I could run mdx query too. There is no such registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OLAP Server But it does show on the little SQL status Controller (down bottom-right corner). I would like to change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\OLAP Server\Server Connection Info. some thing wrong with installation. Guangming      |
