 Announcing a new sql protocols blog - client server connectivity issues Hello All I am with the with the SQL Server protocols team. Recently we created a blog site where members of the protocol team would post interesting information. We have made a lot of changes in SQL2K5 and made a conscious effort to provide more details on the cause of a failure during connection establishment.
