Default Collation Problem

I have 2 SQL Servers - one server(server1) uses case senstive collation on
some of its fields however when i create a stored procedure on server2 using
tables from sever1 the collation is ignored - I can overcome this by
inserting the collation into the stored procedure - but when I use to run
these procedures from another SQL Server I never had this problem - why isn't
it recognizing the collation format set on server1. I didn't want to use the
rebuild master utilty at this stage.
