Connectivity to SQLServer 2003 64bits

Hi,

Does someone know how to access via MSDASQL/ODBC to a SQLServer 2003 under
Windows 2003 Server 64bits, from a program running on a Windows 2003 Server
32bits?

Is there a version of MSDASQL.DLL supporting both 32bits and 64bits, which I
could install on my Windows 2003 Server 32bits?
