Error 80040e31 Timeout

Hello.

I have a Problem that when i want to start a stored procedure from vba (in
excel) or from an adp project in access a Timeout occurs, but when i go to
the Query Analyzer (on the SQL Server) the same procedure works
successfully?

The Timeout occurs not always, but what kind of error is this?
