I was told by there vendor of our database yesterday to detach and re
attach the database from the server, I know this should not affect or
database, however, I am now getting the error message, connection
failed, check sql server registration, I have tried changing the loggon
from windows authenication to user autentican with on joy. I was using
the system administrator account, so I know this excists and works as i
have loggon to the system with this password.
I have seen other posts like this one and they do not help, i was
wondering if anyone as any ideas, as my db vendor is not replying to
me.
