Default odbc error on sql 2000 server

Hello,

We are running sql 2000 enterprise edition on win2k
advanced server in clustered environment.

We are getting the following error quite often.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSSQLSERVER
Event Category: (3)
Event ID: 17052
Date: 8/20/2003
Time: 2:10:00 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SQL_SERVER1
Description:
[sqsrvres] printODBCError: sqlstate = 08S01; native error
= 0; message = [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]
Communication link failure
