odbcint.dll does not contain any code. It stores the Win32 resources that
ODBC uses. I'm not sure how it can consume large amounts of memory. I
doubt this DLL has anything to do with what you are seeing.

I'm not sure what smsrp70.dll is used for though. You might try posting
this question in one of the server-side newsgroups.
