Default the setup routines for the SQL Server ODBC Driver could not be loaded due to sys

I am creating an ODBC connection from my PC to the SQL
Server. I got the above error msg.

Could anyone shed me some light into this?

Hi Andrew,
please verify following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\SQL Server
Do Driver and Setup point to sqlsrv32.dll?
