SQL ODBC driver not listed

I have a Windows 2000 machine that has Filemaker Pro 4.1
and 5.5 installed and I am trying to add a System DSN
using the SQL Server ODBC driver. When I click the Add
button in ODBC Administrator, the SQL Server driver is not
listed, only the Filemaker Pro SQL driver is listed. I
know that if I reinstall MDAC, the SQL driver will
probably reappear, but will this kill Filemaker Pro? Any
input is appreciated.
