Default SQL server ODBC problem

I'm trying to setup a SQL system DSN in WinXP SP2 and when I click on add,
SQL Server, Finish an error pops up saying "setup routines for the SQL
server ODBC driver could not be found. Please Reinstall the driver."

Click OK to get past that error then it says "component not found in the
registry"

Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks,
Dave
