Storing CImage in SQL Database

Hi,
Iam new to .NET and have found a new MFC class CImage which iam using
to hold images before storing them in an SQL database. Is their an RFX
type i can use in my record set to store a CImage in the database.
What SQL Image type would i need?
If iam barking up the wrong tree is their an easier way to store jpg
images in an SQL database.?

Any info would be great.
