Trouble with ODBC Administrator

I'm having trouble with ODBC Administrator for one computer. Whenever
I try to Add, Remove, or Configure a connection to SQL Server nothing
happens. It just returns to the ODBC Admin screen.

I've been able to use other drivers, but not SQL Server. I have XPsp2
so the MDAC cannot be updated and I've run the component checker which
looked good, at least to me.

Any help would be appreciated.
