Default Windows x64 ODBC

I have an application I need to run on an x64 box; it is fundamentally an
Access application that connects to a SQL server via ODBC. I've setup the
DSN on the x64 workstation just as I've done previously, using the built-in
SQL server DSN/ODBC 'hook' provided with x64, and the connection tests OK in
the ODBC configurataion. However, when I try to run the application, the
ODBC connector fails.

Any ideas?
