Hi,
My OS partition has become full and I want to move my MYSQL
database folder from C drive (OS partition) to another drive on the
same computer. How to do this??

When I installed MySQL it went through a wizard asking me where I wanted
the data - and then put it on the 'C' drive anyway.

What I did was (a) stop MySQL (b) copy the data where I wanted it (c) edit
my.ini (d) restart MySQL and make sure it works (e) delete old data files
(perhaps just renaming the directory might be better).
