error with the script mysql_install_db

Hello,
I'm trying to install mysql 4.1
After the installation, I launch the script for the post-installation,
in scripts/mysql_install_db
I get this error :
Could not find help file 'fill_help_tables.sql' in ./support-files or
inside ..

When I try to go on phpmyadmin, it doesn't work...
