MySQL Migration

Hi,

I need to move tables and users from an old version of MySql (11.18
Distrib 3.23.58 for redhat-linux i386) to a much newer version. (Ver
14.12 Distrib 5.0.51a, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2)

Does anybody know where there is good documentation to do this as easy as
possible? and if there are any problems that I might come across that I
should watch out for?
