 % wildcard host permission not working I set up a user and entered % for the host. I am not able to connect. However, if I change the host value to my FQDN it works fine. Shouldn't the wildcard allow me to connect from any host? | Re: % wildcard host permission not working Did you "FLUSH PRIVILEGES"? I'd also check that the username and passwords are the same for each host entry, I've had problems if passwords were different for a shared username from different hosts.
