| Interactive SQL dbisq, (and Sybase Central), may have appeared to not start when run on a machine connected via Terminal Services / Remote Desktop. In fact, these programs do start, but their windows appear on the console (i.e. the physical machine) instead of the remote desktop. http://search.sybase.com/kbx/solvedc...umber=11064185 I have the above problem. What is the solution... |

| 1 - perhaps no one reading this forum knows what you're talking about and/or has no exeperience with this particular situation [most folks aren't going to waste their time, or bandwidth, posting back with "I don't know"] 2 - consider posting to the Sybase semi-supported forums [see http://www.sybase.com/support/newsgroups for details] [by 'semi-supported' I mean that there are TeamSybase folks helping out in the forums, as well as some Sybase employees; but all of this activity is on a purely voluntary basis] 3 - consider searching newsgroup histories [eg, google.com has the ability to search 'Group's; choose 'Advanced Groups Search' and make sure you set the newsgroup filter to '*sybase*'] 4 - since newsgroups are not an 'official' avenue of support for Sybase you can either ... hope for a newsgroup voluteer being able to help you ... or you can contact Sybase TechSupport directly (the 'official' avenue of support). 5 - and I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention ... RTFM ... ;-) a4 wrote: > a4 wrote: > >> >> Interactive SQL dbisq, (and Sybase Central), may have appeared to not >> start when run on a machine connected via Terminal Services / Remote >> Desktop.
