Default SQL Advantage crash on close

Hi,

For quite some time now I have put up with the crash that happens
every time I close SQL Advantage. This is something that I am having
difficulties to put up with for much longer.

I wonder if anyone else has this occurrence? Is this a known issue,
or is it just me?

I am using in on Windows XP.

Thanks

Hello,

What version of SQL Advantage are you using (go under the Help/About
menu)?

Also what underlying version of client libraries are you using (open a
DOS command
prompt and type "isql -v" )?

SQL Advantage has been end-of-lifed for a while now. I'm not sure
that it was ever
certified with Windows XP. Sybase has replaced this product with
"Interactive SQL"
(aka DBISQL).

There was one last release of SQL Advantage that was fairly stable.
If you don't
already have it I can send it to you.

Thanks,
Neal

Hi Neal,

From help->about I get this...
Version 11.5.1/P/PC

From "isql -v" line I get this...
Sybase CTISQL Utility/12.0/P/PC Intel/1/OPT/Mon Oct 04 15:54:26 1999

I haven't heard of DBISQL, and I also can't see this in my Sybase
installation directory. Never mind, I will persevere.

Thanks Neal.
