Which sort order and char set is preferable for Sybase installations?
What is the default?
How to find the current sort order and charset?

Binary Sort Order
Dictionary order, case sensitive
Dictionary order, case insensitive, uppercase preference
Dictionary order, case insensitive, no preference
Dictionary order, case insensitive, accent-insensitive

The default charset of the platform.
iso_1 for Sun, Linux, Aix
roman8 for HP
iso_1/cp850 for windows
