| RH9 PIII; 320 MB RAM; 60GB Disk I am looking to install latest download of 10g for personal PLAYING on this PC. I had 9iR2 on this thing with no problem. Now does 10g REALLY demand 512 MB RAM MINIMUM ? or can I get by with my meager RAM ? thanks |

My own gut feel is that you can't get away with small RAM as much with 10g as you could with 9i, but that's just anecdotal. Regards HJR |

I also shutdown all "production" components (dbconsole, isqlplus, CSS) |
