How to send an alert messages when tablespace increases.
After certain limit if my datafile size increases i wnt give alert
message to the user.

Setup an event in Oracle Enterprise Manager (comes free with Oracle)
and have you alert emailed or sent to your cellphone with Paging
Server included with OEM. As events result in snmp traps they also can
be forwarded to products like Tivoli or HP Openview.
