hi
if i try to launch the management console or connect to the ora8 database
i get the error no listener installed.
what means that

if means the listener set up, use the net8 configuration assistant to set it
up for you if you dont know how

i has configured the listener but it doesnt work
... means the hostname the name of my database or my computername ?

The computername. The computer you are running oracle on is the host
