| For testing I have installed Oracle 10g 10.0.2.0.1 on XP Pro. One Instance works fine. But I installed another and tried to import a relative big dumpfile from a Oracle 9 Server. But this crashed the system. That means the PC is rebooting. Now the PC is everytime rebooting if I try to start the instance. The pitty is, that I cannot deinstall the instance, because Oracle tries to start the instance with the result that the PC restarts. Now is there are any other possibility than to delete the instance manually? Kind regards Nicolas |
