That someone that can't post in a usenet group without using inappropriate language might lose their job hardly fills me with angst. The English language is rich. Try using words you'd have the courage or civility to use if you were standing in front of someone rather than hiding behind a browser. But if you think the DOJ is going to protect you stand in line behind all of those people protected from Enron, WorldCom, etc. -- Daniel Morgan http://www.outreach.washington.edu/e...ad/oad_crs.asp damorgan@x.washington.edu (replace 'x' with a 'u' to reply) |

If you aren't prepared to be pounding the pavement for six months with no notice, you aren't prepared. I for one think there should be laws preventing such things, having gone through it numerous times now, but I look at places that have such laws and have second thoughts. A few of the times it basically cost me a Corvette - and some have been grossly illegal, but the practicalities of the legalities have made even that moot. It seems strange to me that Daniel has such an attitude given what Boeing et al in his area have gone through, but he has every right to express his opinion. Just as you have every right to call him a prick. Too bad that won't make either of you understand persuasiveness (as if I'm one to talk :-) . > > > The English language is rich. Unfortunately for you, you have now used the perjoratives towards everyone reading this for all time to come. Will anybody care?
