Default latest HISTORY file

Used to be the HISTORY file was in cvs, but now it's created by the
tarball creation process.

Is there a web link somewhere to the latest HISTORY file(s)?

Hmmm. That's not quite what I had wanted. The current HISTORY file in
tarball has all the history for every release in it, all aggregated
together. Is there something more like that?

The release tarball as the HISTORY file in the top-most directory, in
text format.

YEah. I was looking for this at work, so I could post a link to our
wiki with all the updates in one place for review by everyone else.
I'll just put the lastest HISTORY I've got online in our wiki, that'll
do.
