Postgresql on workstations

Hi,

I need to modify an application to work as standalone on client's
workstation.
The application must be sold to various clients.
Actually the application works in this way:
A server (windows or linux) with the main DB.
Various client via a web interface or a specific interface (tipically
in windows).

Now I need to have all on a single computer.
For the performances this is not a problem.

Problems are:
1 - is possible to install postgresql, with a predefined database,
with a silent setup?

2 - There are a lot of custom functions in the database.
How can I deny users to read source code?
Even when a user has the admin password...

3 - ..... no... I think bigger problems are 1 and 2.

Any suggestion?
Has someone fighted with tihs problems.
