Description: odbc driver SQLGetInfo SQL_CATALOG_TERM returns empty
string
Details:

odbc driver version 8.00.00.04 returns empty string for SQL_CATALOG_TERM.
Should return "database"

rc = SQLGetInfo( m_hdbc, SQL_CATALOG_TERM,
m_szCatalogTerm, sizeof( m_szCatalogTerm ), &cb );
