Description: Error in PQresultErrorField function
Details:

I am use libpq client on Windows 2000 SP4.

Function PQresultErrorMessage return not NULL value whith RGResult,
nevertheless PQresultErrorField function return NULL value whith same
RGResult and any fieldcodes.
