Upgrade solaris 5.8 to 10 on SUN V120

Hi,

I try to upgade my SUN V120 from solaris 8 to solaris 10,afther the
system will do the first reboot the system hangs on the configuring
devices procedure.

Did you have any idea how to workaround the problem (I check all the
hardware to find some problems but everything seems to be ok).
