| This is a full install of USB Driver Development Kit version 0.9. The evaluation period is (30) days. The USB DDK version 0.9 supports the SPARC Solaris 8 HW 2/02 and later OS releases (S8), SPARC and X86 Solaris 9 OS releases (S9), and SPARC and X86 Solaris Express releases. This kit will help you in getting started on writing device drivers for USB devices under these Solaris releases. Information about the Solaris Express release can be found at: > http://wwws.sun.com/software/solaris...sol_index.html Also, please check out Sun Product Documentation at > http://docs.sun.com and the Solaris Developer Connection. Verified products are listed on the Sun I/O Technologies and Solutions page at > http://www.sun.com/io_technologies New features include: Solaris Express Debug binaries Solaris X86 platforms support including usb2.0 (ohci and ehci) USB Serial drivers Sample drivers and applications Note: Please read the README document included in the download file for complete details about the installation. The download file is in compressed tar format. Use gunzip and tar to extract the files.
