psqlODBC 08.01.0200 Released

I'm pleased to announce that psqlODBC 08.01.0200 is now available for
download from http://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/ in source
tarball, Windows Installer (MSI and MSM) and zip formats.

This version contains numerous bug fixes that have been tested in recent
snapshot versions. These changes are noted in the Release Notes in the
documentation included with the source and MSI releases.

Please note that an additional change to the library names have been made to
the *nix installation of psqlODBC to allow the Unicode and ANSI builds of
the driver to coexist. The library now installs as psqlodbca.so (ANSI) or
psqlodbcw.so (Unicode).

Many thanks to all those who reported and/or fixed bugs and helped with the
testing of the snapshot releases.
