Summary: SQLTables SQL_ALL_TABLE_TYPES return code 100

Initial Comment:
Executing SQLTables with SQL_ALL_TABLE_TYPES tabletype parameter return code is 100. Should return a resultset containing at least one row for TABLE and another row for VIEW table types.
