UseDeclareFetch and UseServerSidePrepare

Hi everybody,

1) Has there been any progress on the "UseServerSidePrepare" issue?
2) Enabling "UseDeclareFetch" slows down my application considerately (takes
50%-100% longer). I am not sure when it should be used anyway :-(
