Default missing server instrumentation?

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: RIPEMD160

hi,

i've pgadmin3 150/dev + pgsql812 on OSX 10.4.4.

when i create/open a new connection, the hints window pops up with a notice that:

"server lacks instrumentation functions"

now, per .../src/admin81/README.admin81, i've built/installed the admin tools. no errors.

i've also:

psql -q -f admin81.sql postgres username

and reloaded the server.

am i missing something in the build?

thx,

richard
