Default pgadmin.org downtime

Apologies for the short notice - the host machine that
developer.pgadmin.org and nagios.pgadmin.org run on is due for a kernel
upgrade in about 15 minutes, so there will be a short period of downtime
whilst VMWare is reconfigured.

Regards, Dave.
