| During Debian packaging of pgAdmin III it come up that the distributed package contains no changelog, news, or history information that would allow users to see why they might want to upgrade. Something like <http://www.pgadmin.org/news.php> should be fine if you put it into a NEWS file. Alternatively, put it into the pgAdmin documentation itself, although that is harder to access when people are just considering the installation of the package.
