It depends where it was when you closed it, when you use the menu option it puts it back where it was when it was closed. Have you got two monitors - could it be beyond the borders of your monitor? Is it something a remove and re-install can fix? ---------------------------(end of broadcast)--------------------------- TIP 9: In versions below 8.0, the planner will ignore your desire to choose an index scan if your joining column's datatypes do not match |

No - but the Default View menu option should restore things to default. Regards, Dave. ---------------------------(end of broadcast)--------------------------- TIP 2: Don't 'kill -9' the postmaster |

Tried dragging the SQL pane somewhere else, clicked View -> Default View, nothing happened again. It still stayed where I'd put it. This is on 1.6.2 on Windows XP. Andy. |

Ezequias; in regedit, if you delete the registry key below (where NNNN is a number), then start pgAdmin, it should reset to the default layout (if there is more than one matching key, just delete them all): HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\pgAdmin III\frmMain\Perspective-NNNN Regards, Dave. ---------------------------(end of broadcast)--------------------------- TIP 2: Don't 'kill -9' the postmaster |

| I think you are correct, but I don't want to reinstall my pgAdmin, I don't know why but that's my desire.
