I'm having a bit of trouble getting the plperl language to work on my
postgresql install (Win NT, sp5)
Perl was built on this machine with mingw and postgresql was built
with msys/mingw.

E:\Pg>createlang plperl dave
createlang: language installation failed: ERROR: could not load library
"E:/msys/local/pgsql/lib/plperl.dll": dynamic load error

The plperl.dll is infact there. Can anyone point me in the correct
direction?
