phpPgAdmin on Debian Sarge

Hi,

Can someone point me at a 'howto' install phpPgAdmin from the point where
I've apt-get install phpPgAdmin and dependencies (Apache etc.), please?

All I get for http://192.168.3.22/phpPgAdmin/index.php is:

Not Found

The requested URL /phpPgAdmin/index.php was not found on this server.
