Default E450 boot controller problem

Hi,

I find that my E450 has the controller problem that
the system cannot boot up to show the OS banner.

After moving the two disks (good state and mountable)
from one slot to another, doing disk alias change for firmware
boot, /dev/, /devices/ and /etc/path_to_inst and /etc/vfstab
reconfigure to customize /dev/dsk/c0xxxxxx, the OS banner
can show up but it then shows:

SunOS Release 5.6 Version Generic [UNIX(R) System V Release 4.0]
Copyright (c) 1983-199x, Sun Microsystems, Inc.
Hostname:
/sbin/swapadd: expr: not found

WARNING - /usr/sbin/fsck not found. Most likely the
mount of /usr failed or the /usr filesystem is badly
damaged. The system is being halted. Either reinstall
the system or boot with the -b option in an attempt
to recover.

syncing file systems... done

What should I do?

Is it about the kernel cannot know the root device and
the root filesystem?

Thanks for help.
