Default explorer problem

Hi, Sun Gurus

I have Sun Fire 280r server with Sun Storedge 3310 array.
I install SUNWexplo 4.3 and run
#explorer -v -k -w all
but when explorer execute command:
sccli c3t0d0s2 show configuration
is hang.
I waiting, waiting, waiting....
and kill this process
#pkill sccli
but explorer again hang with command:
sccli c3t0d0s2 show FRUs
i again #pkill sccli
explorer finished succesfully

Later, when i analyze explorer`s results, i detect following:
all files in the section disks/StorEdge/sccli/3310_StorEdge
almost be empty
i run command sccli manually and successfully get info, but execution
time be very long:

# time sccli c3t0d0s2 show FRUs
sccli: selected device /dev/rdsk/c3t0d0s2 [SUN StorEdge 3310
SN#003878]
.........................
real 200m12.688s
user 0m0.020s
sys 0m0.101s

i try get info from another interface:
# time sccli se3000://10.33.32.132:58632 show FRUs
sccli: selected se3000://10.33.32.132:0 [SUN StorEdge 3310 SN#003878]
.................
real 2m11.962s
user 0m1.170s
sys 0m1.581s

i am very surprise.
Any comments, Gurus?
And what about my explorer? I can not wait 4 hour everytime. I must
run them with -w \!storedge? But i want get info about my array

Does `sccli -v` say "sccli version 1.5.0" ? I had some problems
with older sccli releases, too. sccli 1.5.0 is mentioned in the
README for patch 113722 (StorEdge 3310 array controller firmware upgrade).
It also has instructions on where to download it.

If the SE3310 doesn't have the newest firmware installed, you should
take a look at 113722 anyway, one of the bugs it fixes (again, according
to the README) is:

4865630 sccli hangs and causes I/O timeouts when 'show frus' is executed
