hi

am useing solaris10 X86version on my AMD-sempron sytem, can any one
plz tell me how can i
scan and list out all installed h/w in system
is there any command is there to scan for newly added h/w?
am not able install my nic card ,please help me ?
my nic card is VIA compatble nic card,mohter board is VIA-KM400
chipset
plz help me

there are two commands you can use, shiva.

prtdiag
prtconf

these should give you everything u need.

If you want more detailed info, go to sunsolve>downloads, and look
for explorer, put it on your machine and you will get everything about
your machine.

let us know if it works!!
